Player Development Curriculum
One pathway from U7 to U12.
Chapter Purpose
A successful academy is built on consistency. Every player, regardless of coach or team, should experience the same football language, development priorities, and philosophy throughout their journey at Eleftheria Pancyprian SC. This curriculum provides the framework that guides every training session from U7 through U12 while allowing coaches the freedom to be creative within a shared methodology.
The Eleftheria Curriculum Philosophy
We do not teach isolated techniques or rigid systems. We develop intelligent footballers through game-based learning. Every activity should develop one or more of the Four Corners — Technical, Tactical, Physical, and Psychological — while promoting decision making, scanning, communication, competition, and enjoyment.
Development Before Winning: success is measured by player growth, confidence, technical improvement, decision making, and love of the game — not by league tables or short-term results.
