Our Responsibility as Coaches
Our job as coaches is to give players the structure, principles, and understanding needed to move the team into the opponent's half with control and purpose.
Once there, players must be trusted to recognize the situation, express their creativity, make the right decisions, and finish the attack with a goal.
Coaches create the structure. Players solve the problem.
We guide the team into areas where goals can be created; the players take responsibility for producing the final action.
